PYOP FAQ

I didn't get a call to pick up my painted pottery?

We stopped giving phone calls for the PYOP August 2025. We provide a yellow or golden ticket, with your information, and pick up day. 

How long will it take to paint pottery?

As long as you the artist need, during open hours (ha-ha). We also offer a work in progress section (WIP) that allows you 30 days to complete.

I didn't pick up on the provided pick day, do you still have my pottery?

Yes, we hold your pottery for 60 days after the provided date.

Can I eat off my pottery?

Yes, we seal the underglaze with a clear glaze that make your pieces food safe.

Do I have to drink at a "Sip and Paint"?

No, but if you are thirsty, we have NA options at our art bar.

Can my child come to the painting classes?

We recommend 16+ as it is a class geared to adult skill levels, but you can always give us a call.

Wheel Pottery

When will I get my wheel pottery back?

Approximately 8-10 Weeks, we will call you when it is ready.

How long will you hold my pottery?

60 days after your phone call to pick up.

When booking a class, how many am I booking?

$40 is per participant, and we only have 8 spots, for 8 wheels.

Why isn't the glaze all over my pottery?

We do a ceramic process called 'dry footing' so the pottery doesn't stick to our kiln shelves.

Why does it take so long to get my wheel pottery back?

I am from out of town— can I still do pottery, or fused glass?

Yes! We offer shipping at an additionally fee.
